Delivery Information

At the time of ordering our web processing system will take payment for your goods once you have completed your purchase. We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days of the payment being taken. In busy periods this may take a little longer if we are waiting for the stock to replenish although we will always strive to have your items to you as soon as possible. Should an item become out of stock and be subsequently delayed due to unforeseen or unprecedented circumstances we will endeavour to inform you via Email, Text Message or Call. If your item is a part of our Schoolwear range required in the first week of Term we will notify the School of the delay so they are aware of the situation.

We charge postage within the UK according to the basket value –

£0.01 to £20.00 is £4.95
£20.01 to £80.00 is £6.95
£80.01 to £130.00 is £7.95
£130.01 to £180.00 is £8.95
£180.01 upwards is £9.95

International Orders
